Just a few words to thank Niki and her team for doing such a wonderful job in grooming Patch again for us. He looks wonderful and enjoys his visits so much. I cannot express enough our grateful thanks. When I think back to the beginning of the year and the bad experience he went through it is unbelievable to see the contrast, the care and devotion and trust you have instilled in him as his groomer, making his visits the pleasurable experience it has now become for him.
